This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shiv Shankar @ Raja Babu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 09 of 2025, under Sections 352, 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the medical examination report, injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Alleged recovery of knife from possession of the applicant is fa
