Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 25.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sarpatahan, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 15 years, on 19.02.2024 at about 3:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
