Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sarpatahan, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5.
