Heard Shri Amit Rana, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mohit Thakur Alias Monu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 475 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 294, 364 of I.P.C. and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Medical, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.02.2025.
