Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Mirapur, District - Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have clicked certain indecent photographs of the victim and enticed her away to a jungle and committed rape with her in the night of 01.01.2025 at about 10:0 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
