Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.272 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 354B, 504, 506, 452, 325, 308, 376D I.P.C., Police Station- Kuber Sthan, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Omprakash Gupta has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.40381 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.2.2025, having no criminal history to his
