Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.176 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kishanpur, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 14.04.2024 at about 6:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 5 months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after a delay of 16 days 30.04.2024.
