Act, Police Station- Araul, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no recovery was made from the applicant. Recovery was made from the co-accused, Kulvinder Singh, who has been granted bail vide Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.45987 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on better footing. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 09.12.2024.
