Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.31 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 74, 115(2), 333, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Tarkulawa, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 26.01.2025 at about 11:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
