This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Chand Kureshi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Amroha Nagar, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated. 650 grams of charas is alleged to have been recovered from the polythene bag held by the applicant in his hand. He submits that mandatory provisions of Section 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been followed in this case. The alleged recovery is below the commercial quantity.
