Kamil Husain , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2025, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Lohiya Nagar, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.2.2025.
