Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2025, U/S 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Bhoganipur, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 20.1.2025 between 12.00 to 13.00 hours. 5.
