Act, Police Station Bilari, District- Moradabad during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Smt. Sanjeevta, has been granted bail by this Court on 18.3.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44590 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
