Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 03 of 2025, U/S 123, 64, 74, 351(2) B.N.S. and 9M/10 POCSO Act, Police Station Lisarigate, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim in the month of July, 2024 and had continued it for a substantial period of time. 5.
