Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, U/S 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have ravished the 14 year old son of the informant on 1.1.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
