Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.112 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(3), 352 of BNS and Sections 66E, 67A I.T. Act, 2000, Police Station Meerapur, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by alluring her and made certain indecent video of her and the applicant is stated to have asked her to marry her lest he shall make viral her indecent video. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
