Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.94 of 2024, under Sections 127(2), 64(1), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Bargarh, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, four unknown persons are stated to have committed gang-rape with the victim on 26.10.2024 between 08:45 a.m. to 09:22 a.m. when she was going to attend her duty at hospital. The victim was tied to the railway tracks and she was retrieved by her family members, as such, the FIR was instituted the same evening at 06:01 p.m. 5.
