The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.269 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Saroorpur, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and three others and according to the FIR on 24.10.2024 at about 12.00 PM in the noon applicant and other accused persons had taken the father of the informant in a vehicle but at 5.00 PM when informant met them, then he found his father was not along with them and subsequently he received an information that dead body of his father was found in a forest. 4.
