The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.302 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Bidhnoo, District- Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have found the victim alone in her house, as such, had taken her to his house and committed rape with her and assaulted her causing injuries in the night of 10.10.2024 between 09:30 to 10:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about sixteen hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
