Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, U/S 70(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Maharajpur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The named accused person Deepak Kushwaha is stated to have taken the victim in the tempo of the applicant bearing no. UP 78 KN 0947 on 8.1.2025 at about 6.00 pm and had committed rape with her by taking her to a secluded place. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. He is simply a driver of the said tempo. The main accused person is Deepak Kushwaha. 6.
