Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation through the statement of named co-accused Amit his name was surfaced in the present matter and except the statement of co-accused Amit, confessional statement of the applicant and the fact that applicant had conversation with co-accused Amit, there is no other evidence against the applicant on record. 4.
