Heard Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.549 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 333, 137(2), 115(2), 351(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S., 16/17 POCSO Act and 9/10 Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, Police Station- Kairana, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant in collusion with other co-accused persons is stated to have forcibly taken the victim and got her married with one Janisar, whereby the said accused person Janisar is stated to have established corporeal relationship with her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely imp
