The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.290 of 2024, under Sections 103(1),61(1),238 and 351(2) BNS, Police Station Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.10.2024 against the applicant and three others and according to the FIR, on 10.10.2024 daughter of the informant had gone somewhere from her home and she was seen along with applicant and other co- accused persons and on 17.10.2024 her dead body was recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of last seen evidence applicant has been roped in the present matter but entire allegation made against the applicant is totally false and baseless. 5
