The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.811 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Banna Devi, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 1.11.2024 against the applicant and co-accused Salim and according to the FIR on 31.10.2024 at about 10.00 PM in the night applicant and co- accused Salim by causing head injuries to the son of the informant through bricks committed his murder. 5.
