Learned State Law Officer has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 17.3.2025. 3. Heard Sri Virpratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.218 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137(2), 65(1), 127(2) B.N.S. and 3, 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Jariya, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. The victim is major aged about 19 years as per the FIR itself. The applicant is not named in the FIR. There
