Heard Sri Harish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.51 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have fleeced and fooled the victim and taken her to a hotel and had committed rape with her on 09.02.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim seems to be a consenting party as she has travelled with the applicant on a motorcycle to several places and had even changed her clothes and had gone to a hotel, whereby the applicant is stated to have s
