The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 313 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 352, 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Aliganj, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against three named (non applicant) and unknown persons with regard to murder of the brother of the informant but during investigation applicant has been made accused through the statement of one another co-accused and as per prosecution he provided help to the named co-accused in commission of the murder of the deceased but except the bald and verbal allegation, there is no cogent evidence against the applicant on record in this regard. 4. He further submits, applicant is
