Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, U/S 64, 352, 115(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sector-49, NOIDA, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim in a car on 12.2.2025 at about 7.30 pm and had taken her to a secluded place and committed rape with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
