Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 70(2) B.N.S., 3/4(2) and 5g/6 POCSO Act, 2012 and 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Dramandganj, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR. The co-accused person Krishna Pal was named in it. 5. It is stated that FIR is delayed by about 22 da
