Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2024, under Sections 376, 120 I.P.C. and 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The victim and the informant have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story.
