No. 17 of 2025, Case Crime No. 552 of 2024, U/S 65(1) of B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Soron, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the daughter of the informant to an agricultural field from a feast on 19.11.2024 at about 7.00 pm and committed rape with her.
