The applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant on 29.08.2023 and the matter was reported by him to the police but no action was taken and subsequently, the victim was recovered by the informant himself at a hospital on 04.04.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6.
