Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2024, under Sections 504, 506, 376 I.P.C., Police Station Ubhaon, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim in the year 2012 and subsequently, the said relationship was terminated and the victim got married with another person in the year 2018. The said marriage was dissolved in the year 2023. Subsequently, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had later on refused to comply with the said promise, as such,
