By means of this application, the applicant, Akshay Guru, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0052 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 120B IPC and Section 66-DD of Information Technology Amendment Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Kanpur nagar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Manish Kumar Mandal and Rohit Soni have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by orders dated 18.03.2025 and 19.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 45564 of 2024 and 45140 of 2024.
