Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 598 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 74, 70(2), 351(2), 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Chatta, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant alongwith other co-accused persons, is stated to have spiked the cold drink of the victim and thereafter committed gang rape with her, clicked certain photographs, video-recorded the said act and blackmailed her.
