Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0388 of 2024, U/S 64, 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Babina, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 6. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim on 1.10.2024 at 8.00 am and had even assaulted her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 7. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said
