Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376, 506 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Karchhana, District - Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
