FIR of the present case was lodged on 2.7.2024 against applicants and four others and according to the FIR on 1.7.2024 at about 12:30 a.m. in the night applicants alongwith others made assault through wooden sticks and iron rods and due to the assault made by them husband of the informant and her son and devar sustained injuries. 4.
