The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Deep Chandra Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of U.P. Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Alinagar,District-Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Rohit Kumar Dubey and Rakesh @ Vijay Lal Yadav have already been enlarged on bail of this Court by orders dated 10.04.2025 and 10.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
