This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ateek, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 375 of 2024, under Sections 325 BNS, 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Chharra, District- Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.01.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused,Fareed, has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 24.03.202
