Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 23 of 2025, U/S 70(1) and 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ahraula, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person Shyam Bahadur are stated to have barged into the room of the informant/victim and committed rape with her in the midnight of 12/13.1.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
