The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Intjar @ Intsar @ Kaka with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 277 of 2024, under Sections 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Chilkana, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 22 gm. of smack and one motorcycle without number is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co- accused person.
