Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 351(2), 87 of B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 3(2)va of S.C./S.T. Act, 1989, Police Station Malawan, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Gujarat and did not raise any alarm, whatsoever.
