Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.44 of 2025, under Sections 64, 77, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Baksha, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be neighbour of the victim and had clicked certain nude photographs of her on 5.9.2024 at about 10:00 a.m. while she was taking bath in the bathroom and subsequently blackmailed her to make them viral on social media, as such, established corporeal relationship with her for a substantial period of time. The matter was revealed to the husband of the victim, as such, he admonished her and expelled her from his house. 6.
