Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 776 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3 & 4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Barra, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant in collusion with three other co-accused persons is stated to have enticed away the minor sister of the informant aged about 16 years on 9.11.2021 at about 10:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
