The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 943 of 2024, under Section 103 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Hata, District Kushinagar during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.12.2024 against applicant and co-accused Govind and according to the FIR on 20.12.2024 applicant and co-accused Govind had taken the son of the informant from his house and next day his dead body was found. 4.
