Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.57 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Mirahchi, District- Etah, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the victim herself is the deponent of the affidavit filed with bail application. The victim is wedded wife of the applicant and she has given birth to a baby-boy on 11.10.2024. She is living in the house of the applicant only.
