The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.15 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64, 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Naugawa Sadat, District- Amroha with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against co- accused person Meenakshi of having enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 18.1.2025 at about 04:20 p.m. 6.
