Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.332 of 2024, under Sections 333, 74, 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Khaga, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was instituted regarding outraging the modesty only, but subsequently, the allegations have been escalated to that of rape by the victim in her statements recorded U/s 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. The said allegations have been made after legal consultation. The FIR itself is delayed
