Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 553 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Phoolpur, District - Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The victim had gone on her own to Mumbai and had met Ravi. After his refusal to entertain her, she is stated to come back to her native place from where she is stated to have gone with the applicant to Rohtak, Haryana and stayed there for five days.
