The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Shadab @ Hakkal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 80 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kotwali Mandi, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 6.200 Kg., charas alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the co-accused and from the possession of applicant only Rs.250/- has been recovered. Except the aforesaid money, no narcotic substance has been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
